Overview Maxus Global Pte Ltd was established in 2009 to do trading and online business in Watches, Eyewear, Leather Goods, Sporting Goods, Apparel, Bags, Jewelry and other Fashion category items. We also supply goods to Online portals and wholesale dealers in China, Korea, Japan and Middle East. Our Company can provide products of various global brands through Brand owners and direct dealing with various global brand distributors. As the business continues to expand and strengthen, the company is looking for Sales Support & Logistics Executive to join our Company.

Benefits : Salary Range: $2800 - $3500 + Medical Benefit + 13th Month Salary +Mobile reimbursement + Annual Performance linked bonus Location: Henderson Industrial Estate, Singapore Friendly Working Environment

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Send Daily offers to sales teams of Korea, Japan, China, ME / Local
  • Maintain GP Working file, order files and records of allocations from&to suppliers and customers.
  • Order confirmation to supplier after checking billing and arrange payment to supplier
  • Create Sales Order in Business Central as per customer\xe2\x80\x99s allocations.
  • To liase with Sales team for their customer\'s payment and delivery/forwarder details
  • To liase with Supplier for the shipment status and their forwarders and arrange shipment from supplier to our/customer\xe2\x80\x99s forwarders warehouse once payment is received.
  • Declare insurance online for all shipments. Arrange for Insurance surveys to be conducted in case of any damage/ suspected pilferage in the shipments.
  • To liase with Accounts team to provide the shipment details / POD system entry
  • Follow up with sales team for shipment receipt at customers warehouse , to check if any discrepancies.
  • To liase with Accounts Team, Supplier, Sales team about the discrepancy in goods, if any, to sort out the settlement of the same with supplier and customer by issuing Credit Note, Debit Note and arranging return of goods.
  • Handle Inter-Company billing
  • Any other additional relevant jobs assigned by the management from time to time
Skills & Requirements :
  • Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot), PowerPoint and Word
  • Able to work independently, multi-task, positive attitude and self-motivated.
  • Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work and meticulous with accuracy and efficiency
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Navision, Business Central ERP will be advantageous.
  • Able to work on after office hours, if & when there is a requirement
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Some experience in handling shipments / logistics
  • Joining date : Immediate
