Position: Sales Support Officer (Indoor)
1. Job Scope
- Manage day to day sales enquiries via phone, email.
- Prepare Quotation (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT).
- Manage weekly, monthly reports.
- Prepare Debit Note and Credit Note.
- Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT).
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal colleagues as well as oversea offices.
- Work alongside with Outdoor Sales Team to develop Sales business opportunities.
- Optimistic, Positive and Proactive
- Effective communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in speaking English
- Keen to make an effort and pursue areas of improvement
- Able to cope and work under pressure or overtime if required
- Able to perform independently or connect well in a team player environment
- General knowledge on excel format if any
- Relevant experience and knowledge in freight forwarding industry.
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm
