Position: Sales Support Officer (Indoor) 1. Job Scope . Manage day to day sales enquiries via phone, email. . Prepare Quotation (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT). . Manage weekly, monthly reports. Prepare Debit Note and Credit Note. . Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT). . Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal colleagues as well as oversea offices. . Work alongside with Outdoor Sales Team to develop Sales business opportunities. 2. Job Requirements . Optimistic, Positive and Proactive . Effective communication and Interpersonal skills . Keen to make an effort and pursue areas of improvement . Able to cope and work under pressure or overtime if required . Able to perform independently or connect well in a team player environment . General knowledge on excel format if any . Relevant experience and knowledge in freight forwarding industry. Location : Changi Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm
