Job Description
Position: Sales Support Officer (Indoor)
1. Job Scope
\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage day to day sales enquiries via phone, email.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare Quotation (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT).
\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage weekly, monthly reports.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare Debit Note and Credit Note.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT).
\xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal colleagues as well as oversea offices.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Work alongside with Outdoor Sales Team to develop Sales business opportunities.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Optimistic, Positive and Proactive \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication and Interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in speaking English \xe2\x80\xa2 Keen to make an effort and pursue areas of improvement \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to cope and work under pressure or overtime if required \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to perform independently or connect well in a team player environment \xe2\x80\xa2 General knowledge on excel format if any \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience and knowledge in freight forwarding industry. Location : Changi Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm
