Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in freight forwarding / logistics company would be
preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent in time management and can work well under pressure
Proficient in constructing emails and all Microsoft Office / Open Office applications

Updating of all marketing collaterals to be used by Sales Team
Collate and maintain updated rate index from coleaders, agents and other carriers to be sent
to all front liners on regular basis.
Generate updated agent listings from all networks for Sales' reference.
Do consistent marketing activities via telemarketing or sending of emails to establish rapport
to potential clients. Telemarketing targets shall be discussed with the Sales Manager.
Send advisories to clients if there are any critical and important industry news.
Ensure that Sales Team is provided with proper support structure in doing its tasks. This includes
maintaining complete literature, index and annex of all marketing collaterals critical to the Team.
Execute administrative support work for the Sales Team
Do partial Customer Service tasks as part of his cross-function activities :
o Be on close and constant coordination with Sales / Account Executives (AEs) to ensure that customers' needs are fully met. o Provide regular update to clients regarding shipment status (from booking to billing and release) o Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email and phone call (Actual meeting with customers will be on a per need basis.) o Develop and maintain a positive client relationship by providing routine follow-up customer service calls and regular / consistent emails. o Prepare and maintain monitoring reports especially for key accounts o Coordination with agents, shipping lines, forwarders / co-loaders for shipment arrangement Prepare costing for shipments under the guidance and advice of the AEs o Participate in meetings to improve productivity and resolve customer service issues
Perform ad hoc duties that maybe assigned from time to time"
