The Opportunity:Our client is a leading Japanese organization that specializes in manufacturing and distribution of fine chemicals, pigments, and functional materials across various industries, including automotive, electronics, and construction. Renowned for their quality products, they are recognized for their expertise and innovation in the global market.We are seeking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist who can promptly address customer inquiries, oversee order processing efficiency, and ensure timely shipment and delivery scheduling.
- Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
- Tuas / Tanjong Pagar (rotation)
- Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + VB
- Managing all sales orders in SAP (processing, arranging for logistics, and tracking of statuses).
- Drafting and reviewing shipping documents.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Ensure system information is updated and assist in ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination/administration.
- Must have SAP experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
