Human by nature.Sales Support Specialist - Your future position?Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8Reporting to: Key Account Manager, APAC GFIAs a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to account managers and the wider commercial team to deliver a positive customer experience. Besides that, you will help manage commercial projects in collaboration with KAMs.Main Responsibilities

• Provide business support for KAM by:

• Record prices and transport quotes for KAMs
• Data input for our customer management system
• Support in preparing monthly business review
• Prepare the Account Development Plans (ADP)
• Cultivate customer relationship
• Follow-up on Product selection/Brief assessment
• Manage sample request and tracking of delivery status
• Investigate and help resolve customer complaints
• Prepare and maintain internal cross functional contact lists and customer directory (account list, prices, codes and contacts)
• Ensure an organised service on all aspects of Customer Documentation, Questionnaires, Product Information Documents, etc.

Main Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales support
• A Bachelor\'s Degree in any field of study
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in using Customer Management systems
