Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule local and onsite overseas service activities.
• Plan equipment scheduling, loaning, shipping for onsite local-regional service jobs.
• Organize equipment inclusive of quote, order, shipping.

• Manage service contracts with timely renewal before expiry of existing contract.
• Create end user quote service & simple opportunities in close coordination.
• Create quotes for service jobs (local/ regional) for calibration, onetime jobs, relocation etc.

• Prepare and process after-sales orders including parts and accessories with production division.
• Verify order confirmation & coordinate with producing division on customer delivery timeline.
• Create orders for after-sales orders as well as service labor jobs.
• Facilitate shipment of parts and accessory orders in liaison with customer and partners.

• Prepare invoices and shipping documents (packing list, cert. of origin, Airwaybill etc.)
• Organize warranty parts and shipment as well as returning faulty parts to Production Division.
• Regular verification of shipping invoices of courier/freight forwarder for onward processing.
• Coordinate with customers for payment as well as AR, debit & credit notes as applicable.
• Assist with any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration.
• Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong aftersales customer service skills.
• Takes initiatives, organized and independent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders.
