Analyze training needs, develop training plans and procedures, prepare training materials and supervise courses to ensure an adequate supply of trained manpower
Plan, conduct, and coordinate studies to analyze the training and development needs of specific products in her vertical and develop training manuals and other training aids. Maintain standard practice manual and prepare and issue training handbooks, bulletins, and similar publications as required
Deliver and evaluate internal and external training programs to ensure training is delivered to an accredited standard
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
Plan conduct and coordinate a performance management program and advise line management on performance issues to contribute to the growth and development of staff
Liaise with stakeholders on training and development to ensure the continuous improvement of all programs

Job Qualification
Graduate of Education, Mass Communication, Business Management or equivalent
Experience in Telecommunication/ Mobile Technology and Retail Industry is a plus
Came from well-known mobile brands such as Oppo/ Vivo/ Samsung but not required
Excellent communication skills
Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot, IF Formulas etc.)
Advance knowledge in MS Office
Strong attention to detail
Willing to travel
