Our success is measured by the improvements achieved in sales effectiveness, efficiency and productivity.Overview:The APAC Sales Training Lead is responsible for the onboarding of sales new hires and for the certification of the sales reps in APAC. They work closely with their regional sales organization to assess challenges faced on-the-job and to identify ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency in order to increase sales productivity.
