Depending on entry level, this will be done under the supervision of a lead or senior resource.ResponsibilitiesProvide first line support on Incoming Documents for the regionSome examples of what this role would be dealing with are signed orders that need to pass thru a due diligence check against specific details in the system to ensure accuracy of those sales orders, another example is the routing of Termination requests to the Terminations dedicated team to ensure the customer requests are reaching the corresponding team and getting processed in time to avoid billing errors further in the Quote to cash processCommunicate effectively with a variety of departments within the company, and function well within a team frameworkAssist with department administrative tasks as needed (e.g. making sure contracts are returned to customers and made available internally in a timely manner)Responsible for small project work in addition to their primary responsibilitiesData ValidationEnsures that all requests are processed accurately as per the requestIs required to investigate data issues related to specific transactionsDocument Routing AdministrationManages, routes, and supervises all Sales documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Quotes, Master Service AgreementsEnsures that all documents that require countersignature are routed to the appropriate signer for booking and SOX complianceQualificationsAbility to work and adapt in an international, fast pace and continuously changing environmentExcellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong team playerAbility to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of internal and external customersCustomer service focusAbility to juggle multiple prioritiesData analytical skills, ability to make structure in complex situations.
