Coupled with Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions, the company is rapidly advancing and looking for qualified individuals to join their outstanding team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for all company products within the Semi & Vacuum Coating Segment or as designated.
  • Foster strong and enduring relationships with customers.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to provide market feedback on products, accounts, and competitive trends.
  • Maintain a prominent presence with major customers, profiling to identify key decision-makers.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers for the tailored application of company products to meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate the complete line of products, systems, and solutions to customers effectively and prepare quotes, correspondence, forecasts, and monthly reports as required.
  • Penetrate existing accounts with new evaluations for the company\'s products, establishing a groundwork for future sales.
  • Manage all evaluation projects and coordinate internal resources to meet customer expectations.
  • Propose changes for product line, pricing, and sales policies.
  • Contribute to sales/marketing plans, implementing strategies to meet product, revenue quotas.
  • Ensure system configurations, specifications, and acceptance conditions align for order closure.
  • Support in other markets or fulfill additional requirements as assigned.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by superiors or company management.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in an engineering-related field
  • Minimum 3years of experience in Sales/Account Management with a solid understanding of the Semiconductor industry
  • Familiarity with Smart Manufacturing processes is advantageous.
  • Capable of working independently, a strong team player with a positive work attitude
  • Self-driven with a hunter mindset and a demonstrated track record in cultivating and sustaining key customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within the SEA region as needed.
