Location: Based in Singapore

As a Salesforce Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our Salesforce and associated IT environment. Your responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, identifying and implementing business process improvements, and managing day-to-day administrative functions. With a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, you will conduct system audits, oversee integrations with salesforce systems, and handle user training. Your expertise in Salesforce technical skills, combined with effective communication and project management abilities, will contribute to the growth of Salesforce competencies across teams.

The preferred candidate is adept at servicing end users, providing clear instructions on navigating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) modules, and addressing specific requests. They demonstrate a deep understanding of customer pain points and possess the ability to empathize effectively with users. This role not only requires troubleshooting and assistance in utilizing the ATS but also necessitates a proactive approach to anticipate and address user needs, contributing to a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take on the role of the main System Administrator/Analyst for Salesforce and associated IT infrastructure, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for business process enhancements and increased efficiency within Salesforce by gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements related to business challenges.
  • Act as the central point of contact for administrative functions, including user account management, maintenance activities, report and dashboard creation, workflow implementation, and handling routine tasks such as inquiries.
  • Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare for platform upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee Salesforce, related data feeds, and integrations with ERP systems.
  • Manage upgrades and development requests to enhance system capabilities.
  • Assist in the training of new users and promote the growth of Salesforce expertise across teams.
  • Serve as an effective liaison between internal users and other stakeholders.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of key Salesforce technical skills, including AppExchange, Automation, Collaboration, Data Management, Reports and Dashboards, CRM, Platform, Sales & Marketing, and familiarity with DocuSign or Conga Sign, as well as integrations.
Key Requirements
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in best practices for report/dashboard creation and other Salesforce-related activities.
  • Efficient troubleshooting and priority management with a strong customer orientation.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to ask pertinent questions to comprehend user problems and develop solutions.
  • Project management skills for pipeline management, deadlines, prioritization, and process adherence.
  • Proficient in process-based skills, including creating process flow diagrams and wireframing.
  • Experience using JIRA.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration across multiple geographies.
  • Additional advantage: Experience with Salesforce CPQ/NetSuite and Celigo integration.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and associated CRM systems, considering all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
