10+ years of Information Technology experience and matrix teams within large enterprise organisations
Strong knowledge of platforms and technologies comprising the Pharmaceutical CRM ecosystem e.g. Veeva platforms, Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Event Management, SalesForce Effectiveness (SFE)
Strong Knowledge of related technical domains such as Digital Engagement (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore/websites, mobile apps), Content Lifecycles (Veeva Vault, Modular Content) and Data Analytics/Data Science will be highly regarded
Extensive track record of successful project delivery with a complex, global organization is required.
Strong understanding of the business impact of different solutions and ability to assess impact and communicate the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, timelines, costs and risks is required.
Strong working knowledge of SDLC and Agile including requirements elicitation, system design, development and validation/regulatory requirements.
Good Experience of HealthCare solutions for engaging Doctors, Careers or Patients through in-person or digital channels is highly desired (nice to have)
