Salon Apprentice/salon Assisant
Job Description
Greeting clients, providing refreshments and helping to maintain the salon appearance-ensuring the reception area is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
Front-desk duites, including answering calls & enquries, booking and moving appointment.
Assisting Stylist and Techincians with clients services.
Shampooing and Conditioning the client's hair, applying hair treatment and head massages.
Attending formal in-house training sessions as required.
Assist with completing stock orders ans frequently check for inventory.
Ensuring all clients are attended to while upholding the Essensuals Toni&Guy brand and gudelines at all times.
Educate clients about the exsting services that available at Essensuals Toni&Guy.
Provide recommendations for products to clients at the salon.
What are we looking for?
No experience is reqiured, peronality is what we want.
Impeccable grooming and an impressive telephone manner.
Excellent proioritisation skills and high attention to details.
Ability to multitask between different tasks at hand while working under pressure during busy period.
You must be passionate about the hairdressing industry and keen to learn from experienced stylist and technicians.
Stay ahead of hairdressing trends and continually striving to grow.
Assist with completing stock orders and frequently check for product inventory.
