Roles & Responsibilities Main Responsibilities:

• SAP consultant within the area Purchase-to-Pay (SAP MM) for a global support- and project team
• Contribution to SAP roll-outs / improvement projects (e.g., fit/gap phase, development of technical specifications, build/customizing, test preparation and execution, defect analysis and -fixing, hyper care support, etc.)
• Consulting, configuration / customizing in the field of PTP (SAP MM)
• Incident- and problem-management according ITIL process guidelines, 2nd and 3rd level support
• Support for the maintenance of SAP applications and interfaces incl. implementation of IT demands
• Advises the business as an expert in IT-supported processes and solutions
• Work in a global support team with global responsibilities, close collaboration with the Service Owner in the head quarter
• Responsible for PTP in APAC region
• Additional responsibility can be taken over (e.g., SAP SRM, SAP WM, mobile solutions)
• Building foundation for migration to HANA

Education & Experience

• University degree or equivalent
• 3-4 years experience in the area of SAP Materials Management (MM)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Good knowledge in the SAP application areas in logistics, especially in the module MM, nice-to-have: knowledge in WM and SRM
• Good configuration/customizing know-how in SAP MM is necessarily required
• Understanding of integration points to other SAP modules and systems such as FI/CO, SD, PP, CRM
• Familiar with interface concepts (EDI, IDOC, etc.)
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin (optional)
• Ability to multi tasking / wide range of tasks within the 2nd and 3rd level-support in the field of PTP
• Willingness to take over responsibility
• Nice to have: Experience with agile working methods, know-how in ABAP, LSMW/Data migration, ITIL and S/4 HANA skills
