Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced

SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Functional Consultant

with

12+ years of SAP implementation experience

, including a

minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle EWM implementations

. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in warehouse and logistics processes and be able to lead solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP EWM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver

SAP EWM end-to-end implementations

, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM functional specifications Configure and customize SAP EWM to meet business needs, including integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and TM Define warehouse processes such as

inbound, outbound, internal movements, picking, packing, and inventory management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design process flows and integration points between EWM and core SAP or third-party systems Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend industry best practices for warehouse management Provide support during system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and hypercare Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues in SAP EWM Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

12+ years of overall SAP experience with a strong focus on

SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

Minimum

2-3 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations

(preferably S/4HANA EWM embedded or decentralized) Deep functional expertise in: Inbound and outbound logistics Warehouse structure design RF (Radio Frequency) framework Batch management, serial number tracking Wave management and labor management Yard management and resource management Strong knowledge of integration with

SAP MM, SD, and TM

modules Experience in

S/4HANA EWM

is highly preferred Familiarity with

decentralized EWM

architecture and related technical dependencies Ability to conduct workshops, blueprinting sessions, and process design discussions with business users Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills

Preferred Qualifications

SAP EWM certification (optional but preferred) Experience working in

manufacturing, retail, automotive, or logistics

industries Understanding of warehouse automation and IoT integration is a plus
