The Responsibilities:

• Handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SolMan components and related functions
• Oversee the SAP SolMan progress, resolving issues efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions that align with business needs
• Conduct system upgrades, patches, and updates regularly to ensure a secure and stable system
• Develop and execute optimal solutions for system administration and troubleshooting
• Configure and maintain system monitoring and alerting to ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues
• Collaborate with SAP Basis team to ensure smooth integration between SAP SolMan and other SAP applications
• Involved in the design and implementation of SAP SolMan functionalities (ChaRM, ITSM, and Test Suite)
• Provide technical support to end-users and fix functional or technical issues
• Generate and upkeep documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures
• Keep informed of the latest SAP SolMan trends, features, and technologies

The Responsibilities:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related (or equivalent work experience)
• At least 6 years of relevant experience as an SAP SolMan administrator, with experience in system installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Strong proficiency in SAP SolMan functionalities such as Change Request Management (ChaRM), Incident Management, and Test Suite
• Experience in SAP SolMan 7.x and above, including the latest versions and features.
• Proficiency in SAP administration and BASIS tasks
• Knowledge in ITIL best practices and application in SAP SolMan
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Possess good communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across teams
• SAP Solution Manager certification(s) is a bonus
• Be independent and handle multiple tasks at one time
