Job Qualifications:

Has 3-5 years experience in supervisory or managerial position handling in Site acquisition
Preferably has working experience in telecommunications company
Highly developed working knowledge of site acquisition process
Excellent leadership & negotiation skills, strong customer orientation, excellent conflict management skills, excellent analytical & problem solving capability, excellent communication skills both oral and written

Conduct direct site hunting, lease negotiations, and acquisition of land to accommodate telecom site
Negotiate lease terms required at site to facilitate the deployment of Telecoms Towers using required parameters for each area
Handle site issues pre and post construction.
