Job Description
:
- Site hunting and permit processing for project implementation
- Negotiate commercial terms, conditions and operation of the project with the building owner/land owner and/or authorized representative of the building owner/land owner
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably Engineering Course
- Must have at least 1 year experience in Site Acquisition/Permit Processing
- Good communication skills
- Can work under pressure
- Driving skills is an advantage
- 8 hour shift
- Catbalogan, Samar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- SAQ/Permitting: 1 year (Required)
- 100% (Required)
