:Job ObjectivesThe HR Business Partner serves as business strategic partner in executing HR processes in accordance with HR policy to support business objectives.Advise and coach the management & employees on general business and HR topics.Job Responsibilitiesa) HR ProximityDefine HR action plans based on business requirements; coaching managers to enable them to take actions in creating and maintaining a successful, engaging, healthy and safe environment within their perimeter; ensuring HR proximity to the employees by taking appropriate measuresWork closely with Centre of Excellence (CoE) to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives to the business and employeesb) HR PoliciesImplementation of HR policies, services and programs for the respective business;Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the HR People Tempo initiatives in coordination with business objectives.c) Change ManagementIdentifying / anticipating change management activities within the business area; driving and/or facilitating the change with any appropriate measure(s) and control the sustainability of change processesd) Resource ManagementQualitative and quantitative resource management in cooperation with the business in order to ensure the right level of recruitment and mobility (competences management, headcount planning, staffing etc.);Ensuring that the learning, training/development actions are implemented on time, cost and quality including training budget management.Ensure Headcount Management according to business targets at ASPAC levele) Talent ManagementIdentification and selection of talents and following their development;Advising and supporting managers and employees on career development (support individual development plan(s), promotionsBe the catalyst to drive mobility through knowing the people ready to move and networking for potential opportunitiesf) Performance ManagementDrive the HR annual cycle (People Tempo) ie. annual interview, salary review etc. within the partner business sectorEnsuring consistent approach by detecting behavior of Managers and employees that is not in line with the company expectations and application of disciplinary measures within the business where appropriateg) Ethics & ComplianceEnsure Ethics and Compliance approach and the respective rules and behaviors are respected and followed by employeesh) Project ManagementLeading and/or supporting adhoc projectsSecondary ResponsibilitiesComply with Satair Group\xe2\x80\x99s mission, values and Quality Management proceduresComply with Satair Group\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines on Ethics & ComplianceUnderstanding, sharing and living of Satair Group values and rulesRespect Satair Group processes and procedures agreed per functionKeep the direct report informed of the status of agreed tasks and of any critical problem areasParticipate in optimizing Satair Group\xe2\x80\x99s business procedures by applying existing Satair Group\xe2\x80\x99s IT systemsComment/advise on unsatisfactory situations within the organization, and propose potential solutions for improvementsIdentify and offer suggestions to improve efficiencyBe well informed about and familiar with the latest developments in Satair Group\'s businessHave an inter-cultural understandingParticipate in occupational safety and health effortsContribute towards a positive and inspiring working environmentJob RequirementsDegree in Business or HRM with at least 3 to 5 years HR experience in multinational environmentWorking knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, training & development and employment lawsAdvanced skill in MS Office, Google SuitesPossess excellent interpersonal skills, strong business acumen and agility to influence key stakeholders.Have an engaging personality capable of represent HR to Business Leaders with a consultative approachExcellent analytical, problem solving, writing and communication skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environmentThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Satair Pte LtdContract Type: PermanentExperience Level: ProfessionalJob Family: HR Business Partnership
