About the role:
SBS People Services Benefit Administrator & On-Site Service Delivery \xe2\x80\x93 Singapore, will be responsible for:


1. Operations Excellence for Benefit \xe2\x80\x93 Singapore & Malaysia

Responsible for Benefit Management for Singapore and Malaysia, in collaboration with external benefit providers:

  • Focal point in Vendor Management for local benefit provider, actively involved in issue resolution, requirements gathering and process improvement for various benefit programs in Sanofi

  • Execute all employee benefit programs in Singapore and Malaysia to ensure seamless operation in enrollment, termination, invoicing, reporting, procurement, and compliance of benefit while maintaining data integrity

  • Manage and update all benefit related documentations in compliance with data retention policy and company core model

  • Provide Tier 2 support for benefits administration and resolution of operational issues in a timely manner prioritizing employee experience and customer satisfaction

  • Liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in neighboring functions to ensure that end-to-end benefit processes are well supported

  • Standardize, harmonize, and simplify benefits in Malaysia, Singapore as well as Thailand under Sanofi Multi-Country Organization framework




2. Acting as Single Point of Contact for Onsite HR Services Delivery \xe2\x80\x93 Singapore

Representing SBS People Services by providing and enhancing people experience targeted to Sanofi employees based in Singapore:

  • As a main point of contact in Singapore, manage employee\xe2\x80\x99s queries in a professional manner by providing quality and timely response, and redirect to other People Services pillars and external parties for further support where required

  • Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders in neighboring functions such as People Business Partners, Rewards & Performance, Accounting & Finance to ensure service delivery excellence of supporting functions in Singapore

  • Act as focal point and advisor in local statutory, audits and company benefit policies such as taxation, pension, medical insurance, health check up and vaccination programs

  • Provide dedicated support to employees onboarding on site, including management of employee\xe2\x80\x99s access and assets, new hire orientation, manufacturing site visits

  • Active involvement in local People & Culture projects and initiatives and adding value to the team by channeling expertise as Benefit and On-Site support

  • Ensure that all benefit, payroll and on-site tasks and processes executed in Singapore is aligned with the core model and framework set by Sanofi Business Services KL Captive




3. Process Excellence:

  • Identify room for improvement on the current process, through simplification, standardization, harmonization, and automation

  • Identify and challenge tasks and processes that are not in full compliance and adherence with the core model and Sanofi new ways of working and propose remedial action plans

  • Ensure complete and successful execution of remedial action plans with the aim of continuously improving the quality of Benefit and On-Site Service Delivery




4. Compliance:

  • Ensure that the day-to-day operations comply with Internal Control framework

  • Fulfill Control Self-Assessment (CSA) in a timely manner

  • Close all the audit findings (both Internal and External audit) and reflect findings in the relevant reporting tool

  • Complete all mandatory compliance trainings in Sanofi learning platforms in a timely manner

  • Comply with all HSE and security guidelines, including completion of mandatory trainings for HSE



5. Individual development:

  • Proactively develop self via face to face and virtual curriculums offered via Sanofi learning platforms

  • Active involvement in cross functional continuous improvement projects

  • Update Individual Development Plan and Career Hub in Workday regularly and engage with Line Manager and People & Culture to review professional self-development
