Job Description
Industry: Services and Technology Industry Location: Central, West, East area available Schedule: Monday to Friday, day-time schedule Skills: Customer Service, Public Services Our client is seeking individuals with great personality and attitude towards assisting customers in resolving their concerns. This will be a public services type function that will require to engage with the community. Position Responsibilities:
- This position will perform face-to-face communication with customers and visitors of the facility, provide assistance and guide them according to their needs.
- Will be involved in day-to-day business and operational activities to meet output criteria.
- Must be quick minded and able to respond effectively and escalate to appropriate departments as necessary.
- The position is an on-site / face-to-face Services Support function and will be stationed at a specific site at the Central area.
- At least Secondary education, no specific field required.
- No working experience needed, must be comfortable engaging with people on a regular basis.
- Experience in customer service, guest management and comfortable in face-to-face interaction.
- Proficient in the use of Computers, Internet, MS Office applications.
- Able to communicate in English effectively with a second language communication ability.
Contract length: 12 months Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Performance bonus
