Job Description


Overview:
Coordinate and follow-up on all delivery related process for APAC markets. Responsible to create timely delivery note for all shipments and ensure on time PGI (Post Good Issue) for all created deliveries. Close monitoring and management of weekly backorder reporting and potential failure for meeting agreed SLA (Shelf Life Agreement) with respective APAC markets. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery creation for all shipments from PGCS SG plant
    • Follow up with material / production planning to ensure on-time production schedule
    • Work at PM4 preparation (if required) and ensure vessel/freight booking for the shipment
    • Work with relevant stakeholder on any material blocks (eg. Quality block) to release timely for OTIF shipment
    • Work with relevant stakeholder on any credit block to release on time to allow for delivery creation, failing which to coordinate for roll-over shipment and work at revised vessel booking
    • Work with appointed agent on subsequent pick/pack process
  • Review weekly of below.
    • Open delivery list for delivery creation
    • MIRA / Slow Moving / Potential SLA list to work with respective customer service to check acceptance from customer for any potential
    • Early alert to production planner for replenishment if expected shelf life not meeting with SLA agreed with respective customer
    • Potential Back Order, to send to management for review (GCS requirement) and to alert to respective customer service and follow up with material/production planner to expedite to avoid Back Order. In event of back order, to ensure follow-up on the roll-over shipment schedule and revised booking
  • Participate in development and implementation of new customer services processes and improvements.
  • Adherence to all PepsiCo Health & Safety requirements is a requirement of this role
  • Meet all internal & external compliance responsibilities including Purchasing Policy requirements, GCS, SOX & AIBI
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar qualification in a related discipline
  • At least 3 years in a related Supply Chain or Operations role, with experience in logistics and documentation
  • SAP Knowledge in SD Module preferred
  • Customer Service experience and Advantage
  • Strong Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a proven ability to problem solving and make quick decisions
  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Experience working closely with third parties and colleagues in remote locations to deliver business objectives an advantage
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks
