As a School Counsellor trained in Education and Career Guidance (ECG), your primary roles are to: * collaborate with key ECG drivers in Raffles Institution (Years 5-6), polytechnics, and Institutes As a School Counsellor trained in Education and Career Guidance (ECG), your primary roles are to: collaborate with key ECG drivers in Raffles Institution (Years 5-6), polytechnics, and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) to provide quality ECG counselling services for the students and partner key stakeholders like teachers, parents, healthcare professionals and other government/social service agencies to provide quality counselling for our secondary school students. Requirements Passion for working with young people, especially in guiding them on their education and career pathways Purposeful in promoting and supporting students to have good mental health and well-being An open mind, flexibility and cultural sensitivity Excellent interpersonal communication and networking skills Strong collaborative and time management skills Ability to develop system and structures Degree/Postgraduate Diploma or Diploma Level training in counselling At least 3 years of working experience in Counselling, preferably some experience in ECG Counselling Interested candidates, please send a detailed resume and a recent photograph to: The Human Resources Department Email:
