Job Description
& Requirements
o Maintain daily cleanliness of the Culinary Labs and Preparation Room
o Assist teachers
- to place weekly orders for food ingredients, materials and cleaning supplies for the department
- Check and account for the delivery of ingredients and kitchen supplies
- to prepare materials for weekly food practicals and theory lessons
- to supervise the safety and discipline of students during lessons
o Conduct termly checks on the inventory items and report items that require replacement
o Support the running of food-related school activities
o Keep a proper inventory record of all culinary stores and books
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Contract Period: 3 Jan 2023 to 30 Nov 2023.
Location: 50, Hougang Avenue 8,
Salary: $1,600 to $1,900/month
