Roles & Responsibilities :
To assist in reception counter duties including attending to
various requests from all walk-in visitors (parents, stakeholders etc) and students, attend to incoming phone calls and direct them to relevant parties at school.
General administrative duties including typing, filing,
preparation of documents, print and update monthly staff attendance records.
Render simple first aid to students e.g. issuing of medical
supplies to injured students.
Attend to unwell students at the sick bay and follow-up
with the teachers/parents of the student.
Handle incoming mails, receive deliveries, and
inform/distribute them to the relevant parties.
Maintaining of student records, which will include data
capturing on the school\xe2\x80\x99s management system and maintaining hard-copy files.
To assist in administration works in financial assistance,
sec 1 registration, other school related events etc.
Any ad-hoc administration tasks and duties as assigned
by the Administration Manager.
Working Arrangement: Contract Duration: 11 Months (May 2023 to April 2024) Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of
0.5hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted
public holidays Salary: $2100/Month Location: Taman Jurong Job Requirements:
Customer oriented with good communication and
interpersonal skills.
Able to multi-task and work independently.
Computer literacy in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft
Excel)
Preferably with 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in administration work
and customer service.
Basic knowledge of first aid.
