Job Scope:
(a) Front counter duties, mainly to serve walk-in customers, students
and teachers, answer telephone calls and direct calls to relevant staff
(b) Handle basic first-aid, attend to students who are unwell, and contact parents
(c) Assist in the distribution of relief teaching slips/memo to teachers.
(d) Assist in logistical support for school events
(e) Issue of keys and remote controllers to staff and contractors; issue of carpark decals
(f) Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mails and faxes. Distribute
magazines received from SBF. Record cheques received and inform the Principal.
(g) Follow-up on student early departure requests, staff daily attendance/temperature records, injury incident records, insurance claim queries, student uniform loan requests, etc
(h) Prepare letters for student ez-link card replacement
(i) Bus booking for school activities; collate bus Work Orders in Excel document on monthly basis for expenditure tracking
(j) Take first delivery of goods received; to check quantity delivered and inform Goods Receipt Officer
(k) Follow-up on monthly redemption of e-transport vouchers, meal subsidy usage by FAS students
(l) Maintain Lost & Found records
(m) Verify documents and track financial assistance or bursary applications
(n) Any other duties as and when assigned by the School
