Envisions and develops research capabilities (in-vitro, in-vivo, and human studies) for developing evidence on the efficacy and utility of naturally derived materials/ingredients in the wellness space . Provides overall strategic leadership on the research directions and priorities to achieve the goals of the organisation . Supervises all discovery projects, publications and scientific operations with external partners to ensure that the organisation meets its scientific objectives . Serve as the scientific representative of the organisation, representing it to internal and external stakeholders . Provides technical and strategic support to the product development team . Support and report to Chief Scientific Officer
