Skills
At least 3 GCE 'O' level passes
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Good team player
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application
At least 2 years of experience working in a school setting.
Key Roles
Provide customer service at the reception counter to support staff, parents, students, and visitors, including answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
Maintaining and updating data records, filing documents, inventories etc.
Preparation of resources for the teaching of Science and Math Department (where applicable) and General Office.
* Assist in any general and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.
