Profile:

Science Lab Assistant

Contract Period:

1 January 2026 - 31 December 2027 (24 months)

Working Hours



Monday to Friday:

7:00 AM - 2:30 PM (inclusive of 30-minute lunch break)

Total:

35 hours per week

Service not required:

Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services



Oversee the

daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep

of the school science laboratory. Provide

administrative and logistical support

for smooth lab operations.

Prepare materials and apparatus

for science practical lessons and assessments as required by teachers.

Maintain and organise

laboratory resources, tools, and learning environments.

Assist teachers

during experiments and practical sessions. Conduct

stock-taking

and ensure sufficient inventory levels of lab materials.

Clean, sort, and store

equipment properly after experiments. Ensure the

lab remains clean, safe, and hazard-free

at all times. Perform

any other duties

assigned by the Science HOD or Admin Manager.

Qualifications and Skills



Minimum

'N' Level with 3 passes

or equivalent qualification. At least

3 years of experience

working in a

primary school science laboratory

. Good understanding of

lab safety, inventory management, and experiment setup

.

Organised, detail-oriented

, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $2,000.00 per month
