SM will be the social leader for team with deep understanding of working methodologies in SW development, good people skills and can-do-attitude Key responsibilities & duties You take on the role of Scrum Master in an agile software development for medical use You lead and develop your team in the spirit of servant leadership You coach your development team and the product owner through your deep understanding of agile values and principles You foster the team's ability to self-organize to strengthen end-to-end thinking, accountability, transparency, courage, and openness You inspire your team by living the agile values yourself and keeping continuous learning and improvement at the core of everything you do You engage in higher-level initiatives to take our scaled organization to the next level of its performance and maturity You continuously engage with leadership to enrich the leadership culture of our scaled organization Academic & trades qualifications You have successfully completed your studies in the field of IT, medical, computer science, business or have obtained a comparable education with relevant work experience Scrum master, project management, team coaching certification would be a plus Work experience & skills You have already proven your enthusiasm for agile working methods and change processes in several years of practical experience with agile methods and conveying agile values as well as agile frameworks, ideally in a scaled environment Several years of experience in new product development projects and in leading teams and people in the role of scrum master or agile coach Personally, you are an organizational talent that convinces through empathy, conflict management skills, independence, and solution orientation.
