• SEA Experience - Philippines

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage SEA sales team to achieve the sales revenue and profit target in covered territory (SG, MY, ID, PH, VN, PK, PH)
• Drive the regional distributors and agents with clear business strategy, action plan, goal setting & tracking and necessary support to achieve the business target
• Develop and execute the sales strategy to maintain the current customer base as well as explore new potential customers in targeted market segments with own sales team as well as distributor resources
• Proactively manage the relationship end-to-end (from external key customer contacts to internal different product centers)
• Provide adequate market information to product centers for product improvements and developments
• Manage the routine sales reporting to local management as well as HQ as required
• Hold the core values and comply with Code of Conduct of the company
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or business
• More than 5 years in sales in a industrial environment
• Must have machinery sales experience, experience in wire harness processing industry is preferred
• Regional experience within APAC especially in Southeast Asia is necessary to succeed in this role
• Willing to travel
