This position is intended for individuals who have minimum 5 years of sales experience and have demonstrated ability to apply exemplary selling and account management skills. The individual is expected to manage and expand his/her assigned sales territory with periodic supervision and exhibit a strong desire and appetite for selling. Candidate is have consistently achieved or exceeded forecast over a sustained period of time. Responsible for managing, developing, and executing plans to achieve sales targets set up by assigned territories, market segments and accounts. Leveraging 3M's CRM software to track and report all sales activities. Be equipped with knowledge on product portfolios that you are responsible for and provide successful product demonstrations. Building relationships with key personnel in end user market assigned Proactively seek out new opportunities to develop a strong sales pipeline. Exhibit strong knowledge on market, competition, and industry trends. Capable of organizing and delivering powerful sales/product presentations. Able to independently lead and train channel partners on abrasive product selling. Prioritize and execute business objectives successfully and timely. Business trip accounts located in Southern Peninsula Malaysia (25% ) Qualification Bachelor's degree or higher Engineering degree is preferred At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Technical Sales, with proven track records. Must have experience in the manufacturing industry for industrial abrasives. Able to work independently on assignments. Able to handle pressure and conflicts. Demonstrates a strong ability to work under pressure and within short timelines. Skilled with MS Office tools (Advanced in Excel and Powerpoint) and Salesforce.com. Fluent in English Capability in Mandarin or Malay(both oral and written) is preferred.
