Let\'s create transformation for a sustainable future together.We are looking for you,SEA Sourcing LeadReporting to the Director, Sourcing and Trading APAC, this position oversees the team of Sourcing managers and SDS in Singapore. The position is the owner of the feedstock strategy for respective feedstock / geographies, coordinates with team members strategy design and execution. The Sourcing Lead creates strategy and coordinates action plans for the geographies and executes together with the Sourcing Manager. The Sourcing Lead is a good communicator both internally and externally, and is able to adapt to situations with different counterparties and provide guidance to the team on various aspects. Key priorities are Volume potential growth, developing resilient and efficient supply chains that give Neste a competitive advantage.The additional scope of APAC UCO Lead requires close collaboration with Global lead for the UCO feedstock, coordinate market intelligence, position overview and ability to cascade down effectively key purchasing direction for APAC area.The Sourcing Lead works closely with the Director, Sourcing and Trading APAC in reporting progress of the strategy deployment.Reasons to joinReal impact right now. Collaboration is the key, and we believe in flexible, smart ways of working.Your role in our teamSupplier RelationshipCapability to identify business development opportunities with key stakeholders in the value chainIn the context of Asia Sourcing, develop and take lead on supplier relationships, including identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers.
