WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re in search of a leader who enjoys mentoring others. We need someone who has experience in digital marketplace management and thoroughly understands retail, consumer facing platforms / products and supply chain. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will drive Nike’s end-to-end owned digital offense across the six major markets in SEA& India (SEA&I). This includes setting and leading the vision, strategy, and coordinate the offense for the Nike Direct Digital Commerce business unit, as part of an elevated and connected marketplace growth strategy. You will also be responsible for spearheading multiple experiences, including Nike.com, SNKRS, Nike App and the commercial integration of other digital products and apps (Nike Running Club, Nike Training Club). You will also drive partnerships and business with third-party digital marketplaces.

You will oversee our marketplace-wide membership / loyalty efforts and be responsible for executing programming aligned to global brand standards, while at the same time driving increasing local relevance and connection. This includes providing strategic leadership to deliver quarterly and annual business targets, as well as long-term financial goals and KPI’s. You will also be responsible for leading a large group of direct and indirect functional experts as one team.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You’ll report directly to the Senior Director, SEA&I Marketplace and would be part of the territory Marketplace Leadership Team. You will directly manage a diverse, 25+ person team tasked with obsessing the consumer experience. You’ll collaborate with like-minded professionals spanning Merchandising, Planning, Brand Marketing, Integrated Media, Consumer Knowledge, Supply Chain, Brick & Mortar (Nike Factory Stores, Nike Store Partner) and Marketplace Partner teams. You’ll work with stakeholders across the SEA&I territory, the Asia Pacific and Latin America geography and our Nike global organization.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

  • 8+ years of relevant digital experience, ideally managing rapid-growth, consumer-facing digital platforms and businesses
  • Expertise / a strong vision on the future of digital experiences, with a focus on commerce and the interaction across physical and digital channels
  • Prior leadership experience in a core retail function resulting in a strong retail acumen
  • Have strong record of managing large teams and mentoring individuals, as well as proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of the retail landscape in Southeast Asia & India and or China is required
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
