Job Description
*Our client is a Well-Established Agricultural Chemical Supply-Chain in Singapore.
*Candidate who wished to gain great exposure is welcome to apply.
*Candidate with no experience is welcome to apply.
*Working Location: Changi.
*Working Days: Mon - Fri, 8.45am - 5.30pm.
*Salary inclusive with AWS + VB.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange Managing Director\'s travel and meeting schedule.
- To assist in corporate and business development.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentation documentation.
- To help in International M&A projects related matters.
- Record meeting minutes and reports and follow up on action plans if needed.
- Assists in setting up joint ventures and partnerships documentation.
- To engage in international business research activities.
- Build investor and business partner relationships.
- Participate in marketing and promotion activities.
- other ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by the Managing Director.
- Preferable candidate with good command of English.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Candidate must be willing to go on overseas travel.
- Some work experience is preferred however candidates without experience will also be considered.
