Job Description
Responsibilities:
The Secretary (Contracts) reports to Senior Manager (Contracts) and assists him in the following:
a) Primary Roles
- Type project related letters and file project relates letters.
- Prepare Supply Agreement, Letter of Awards, Contracts Agreements.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting.
- Assist in Tender bidding exercise (Keying in BQs).
- Update Summary of Tender participated.
- Prepare bi-weekly site Manpower Report.
- Maintain listing of current NSC, DSC and Suppliers per project.
- Monitor expiry of project Insurances, Performance Bond and Warranty.
- Assist Senior Manager (Contracts) on the tracking of letters/issues which required reply.
- Any duties to be assigned from time to time.
- Collate and distribute postage mail and prepare email circulation daily.
- Assist ISO Manager on ISO documentation updates.
- To retrieve information or documents required by General Manager
- Up to $3000 + PB
- Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm Or 8.45am to 5.45pm
- Mountbatten Square
- Candidate must possess at least \xe2\x80\x9cA" level or Diploma level.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- With 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
