Summary As a Section Manager for Employee Engagement and Organisational Development, you will be part of our People Science, Talent Management and Organisational Development Team. The team plays an important role in the organisation by developing and implementing people strategies, programs and initiatives to enhance the performance, productivity and effectiveness of the organisation\'s workforce through the use of scientific people and psychological research, data and analysis.
You will be playing an important role in working with the different teams across the organisation to lead the organisational diagnosis through the use of surveys such as engagement and life cycle surveys as well as designing the organisational level strategies to facilitate organisational transformation, change management, and enhancement of organisational performance, while maintaining a workplace environment that fosters continuous learning growth and innovation.
