The Segment Account Manager will build an industry-focused portfolio and to promote products/services to achieve sales targets and overall business objectives What you will do: Explore new business opportunities from specific industries (e.g., SMEs from Manufacturing, Construction, Wholesale/Retail Trade, & F&B etc Responsible for achieving overall business objective with the customers or channels. Work closely with customers to enhance and build strong and long-lasting relationship to drive target sales. Leverage deep understanding of specific industries & customers dynamic, value chain operations to build and execute business strategies and plans. Work closely with internal stakeholders such as partnership, admin, finance, and ops team to ensure timely delivery of targets. Ensure monthly sales target is hit. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time. Aggressive & Result Oriented, able to work independently and as a team. Sales Planning & Acquisition Create sales strategies according to the specific industry's pain points and needs. Implement and execute action plans to achieve sales targets. Cold / Warm outreach to SME owners. Ensure month-on-month growth on the portfolio. Sales Execution & Reporting Understanding and follow up on customer issues, respond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective customers of promotions/ new products. Report on the activities, sales pipelines, and products of the competitors. Maintain and ensure correct customer's info in CRM. Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. What we are looking for: Minimum diploma in any fields. Minimum 1 year of experiences in relevant industries. Intermediate level of knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/ competitors/ customers. Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Willing to learn and take up new challenges. Able to adapt in the fast pace working environment and putting in extra effort and time to fulfil customer requests Possess good interpersonal skills, research and analytical skills, time management, enthusiastic, self-motivated, problem-solving skills, energetic and result oriented. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
