Join us in shaping our future-and yours.What You Will DoThis role will orchestrate the development and execution of the three-year Self Care operation plan (3YOP) , annual Objectives & Key Results (OKR ) and ensure excellence in execution through effective performance management and governanc e . This will be achieved through strong collaboration to connect the plans and requirements from commercial with each supply chain function in to a fully integrated strategy and deployment plan for E2E Self Care Operations .Main responsibilities:Strategic Development and Deployment1. Leads the APAC Self Care Operations performance management process in collaboration with APAC Supply Chain Excellence and end-to-end Supply Chain functional teams.1. Presents business case in APAC Operations Senior Management for project approval and to secure funding and resources to deliver program commitments.1. Orchestrates development and deployment of 3-year Operating Plan (3YOP) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for assigned Segment Operations team in collaboration with end-to- end Supply Chain functional teams. Transformation - connecting with SC Excellence , Operations Functional Pillars and other functions1. Develop strong business cases and define project execution plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and priorities.1. Facilitate alignment between regional program results to ensure consistency and coherence across different initiatives.1. Enable end-to-end orchestration and serves as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with Global Teams associated with above programsMonitoring and Governance1. Accountable for overall regional program results vs. targets (financial and other benefits).1. Oversee and monitor the performance of Self Care segment operating plans and objectives to ensure they are met effectively and efficiently. This includes identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges.1. Create Self Care database tool with cross functional team and bringing digital solutions to Self Care to transform manual data based operations to one E2E digital platform connect with all data base from cross functional team1. Self Care business interface with GPEX, Supply Chain Exellence , DTO for other key priority programs to create operational efficiency and advance self care to be ready for future growthPerformance Management1. Orchestrates development and deployment of 3-year Operating Plan (3YOP) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for assigned Segment Operations team in collaboration with end-to-end Supply Chain functional teams.1. Leads the APAC Self Care Operations performance management process in collaboration with APAC Supply Chain Excellence and end-to-end Supply Chain functional teams.1. Owns and monitors governance of Self Care segment-specific projects and programs (excluding NPD and SMP) with the APAC E2E Segment Operations Leadership team.This position may require up to 25% travel based on business needs.What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor\'s degree required . MBA or MS is preferred.A degree in engineering, supply chain, or relevant field is a plus

• Experience in a Consumer, pharmaceutical, packaged goods or FDA-regulated industry covering multiple markets & product technologies is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of diverse experience in different areas of Supply Chain, including direct experience with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service.

• Proven track record of developing and deploying strategic plans for supply chain functions

• Demonstrated ability to interact with all (not just top) levels of the organization and lead discussions without line authority to create alignment among cross-functional stakeholders is a must .

• Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated analytical skills including understanding of financial principles and how to leverage this knowledge to make sound business decisions and/or recommendations to achieve business goals in a complex environment with multiple layers of stakeholders.

• Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization is critical for success

• An entrepreneurial self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence across functional levels

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to act as a change agent and adapt to changing business and organizational dynamics is required . Strong partner and influencer to support broader E2E goals.
