Self Assessment Senior Specialist/assistant Manager

Job Description
- Assist the Head of Self-Assessment in implementing branch-wide self-assessment reviews with an emphasis on quality assurance evaluations of AML process and controls.
- Regularly update the self-assessment checklist to reflect new regulations, existing policies, and best practices.
- Assist in monitoring and following up on unresolved audit issues, as well as tracking the success of rectification programs.
- Assist in monthly audit findings status updates for the audit department at the head office.
- Help organize audit engagements and document requests.
- Any additional responsibilities delegated by the Head of Self-Assessment.

Requirements
- Hold a degree in business, accounting, banking, or a closely related field.
- Having worked in risk and control, audit, or AML functions for at least three years
- Proven analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities
- The capacity to perform well under pressure and an optimistic outlook
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate with counterparts at the Chinese-speaking headquarters
