LocationPhilippines - Manila The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. • Creation and maintenance of dashboards that are simple, easy to consume for each stakeholder
• 
  Preparation of reports based on required views - platform, seller type, etc. Ensure data cleansed and accurate dashboards - conduct routine accuracy checks including regional/ local stakeholder consultation
• 
  Create historical understanding and trends of seller and 3PL performances to identify baseline targets. Use these as inputs in predicting the behavior and identify optimal targets
• 
  Prepare pre-launch requirements (simulations, forecasting) and post mortem analysis

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or it's equivalent
• At least 3 years analytical experience
• Statistics or Mathematics background are preferred
• Knowledgeable in SQL, Excel Macro, or Python is an advantage
