LocationPhilippines - Manila The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. • Participate in learning needs analysis and performance monitoring in order to identify gaps to be address by training and education initiatives
• 
  Handle curriculum design, creation of decks and other educational materials as well as execution of live trainings
• 
  Develop strong understanding of Shopee policies and operational initiatives
• 
  Coordinate and develop good working relationships with key stakeholders and functional PICs across different teams
• 
  Be the go-to person for operational policy updates, content alignments, newly released guidelines, and other seller-directed cascades
• 
  Explore innovative learning approaches in order to further enhance training experience

• 
  College graduate
• 
  2-4 years of relevant work experience
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
• 
  Excellent comprehension skills
• 
  Good understanding of effective teaching methodology and tools
• 
  Experience with educational material and teaching technologies preferred
• 
  Organized and has strong attention to detail
• 
  Good and reliable team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
