Responsibilities

• Performs quality control and provides constructive feedback and guidance on the art vendors'

Game assets

• Models and textures high-quality assets, high-poly and low-poly versions

• Able to rig and breathe life into 3D models

• Delivers high-quality art assets and ensure their efficient integration into the game

• Takes ownership of the work developed and makes sure it fits within the game standards and

needs

• Assists Art Director to mentor less experienced artists, conduct market research and resolve

artwork quality issues.

Requirements

• Preferably at least 3-5 years of experience as a 3D Artist in mobile game production

• Skilled in a 3D package (e.g. Autodesk Softimage, 3D Studio Max, Maya, IXSI, LightWave, ZBrush,

Blender)

• Proficient in 2D authoring software (e.g. Quixel, No, Substance Design, Substance Painter,

Photoshop)

• Understands the usage of PBR, its theory, and material creation

• Understands the usage of at least one real-time engine or tool (e.g. UDK, Unity, Marmoset

Toolbag)

• Able to work in a team, with good leadership skills, and can delegate work accordingly

• Excellent time and priority management skills

• Passion for video games with knowledge of different game genres across all platforms
