Chab Events is a turnkey corporate digital & live event management, experiential marketing, augmented/mixed reality and incentive travel agency. We work across a large range of industries including tech, healthcare & medtech, insurance, finance, luxury, fashion, aerospace, hospitality, food and beverage. Our reactive and passionate team produces inspiring events & experiences.

Chab Events is on the lookout for an experienced, creative and passionate Senior 3D Designer to join the growing tribe. As a creative senior within the design team, you will take the lead to create visual concepts, communicate ideas that inspire and propose and execute design strategy.

What you will be doing:

• Produce quality designs through sketches, 3D models, 3D rendering, technical drawings and presentation techniques to communicate design intentions and ideas that work with client\xe2\x80\x99s objectives within deadlines stipulated;
• Creates designs that fits clients budget, have a clear understanding of theory to practical application and of materials used;
• Propose design solutions that not only meet client briefs, but also exceed & challenge the brief to push creative boundaries;
• Communicate clear design with ideas and creative concept that will string the entire proposal together;
• Participate and lead creative brainstorming sessions;
• Mentor and oversee junior team members;
• Work closely with the production team in ensuring the design is aligned with the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements from conceptualization to production; and
• Maintain workflow in accordance with project schedule, with a variety of tasks and deadlines.

About you:

• A creative problem-solver with a keen eye for interior design and luxury projects who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment;
• Able to work under tight deadlines with strong ability to multitask;
• Strong technical knowledge of industry-standard software, including 3D Studio Max, AutoCad, V-Ray and Adobe Suite;
• An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, lighting and attention to details;
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Retail Design is a plus, as is experience in an agency;
• Self-motivated, accountable and a positive \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude; and
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and illustrative).
