JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and deliver visual concepts/themes and create eye-catching displays/decorations to promote the shopping mall, using artistic skills and computer-aided design (CAD) packages.
• Conceptualize and develop key artworks for mall\xe2\x80\x99s decoration campaigns. Prepare drawings with specification & detailed note of materials.
• Execute high quality concepts and designs in a timely manner for production. Identify and source props, fabrics, materials, hardware, and lighting when required.
• Supervise production process. Assemble and dismantle visual displays in the mall.
• Must have an attention to details, consistently creating value-added arts and communications following the mall\xe2\x80\x99s values and image.
• Develop and maintain company\xe2\x80\x99s branding and identity on all design materials.
• Work with A&P team for marketing and advertising strategies.
• Assist with special event set-up as and when required.
• Contribute to the development of appropriate project presentations intended for both internal and external stakeholders to communicate project concept, design, and content.

• Candidates must be capable of developing visual design concepts and 3D drawings with strong creativity and solid understanding of design principles.
• Candidates should possess talent for design, colour, and style, and are required to have strong interest in current and future design trends.
• Candidates must have experience in creating photorealistic 3D visualisation using 3D software and Photoshop, AutoCAD drafting, 3D Modelling, Lighting, and preparing final Working Drawings for production.
• Ability to take ownership of a project and implement it from concept to production.
• Ability to work with constructive criticism.
• Be a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder in the listed fields of study.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to meet aggressive and ambitious timelines, with a firm understanding of marketing principles and best practices, what is happening in the marketplace and copy trends.
• Good at team working as well as working independently.
• Excellent communication skills, customer & targets oriented.
