• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing and Production
• Position Title: Senior Accountant
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $5000 + AWS + Variable bonus + Medical Benefits
• Duration: 1-year contract (Convertible to Permanent Role)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Maintain and oversee day-to-day finance operations and accounting of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Finance Department.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of quarterly GST returns.
• Management of cash flow, Fixed Asset Register, credit control and receivables management, and project costing.
• Management of Inventory, including stock takes.
• Manage the forecasting and financial process.
• Responsible for all aspects of financial reporting.
• Lead external audits and prepare Financial Statements.
• Monitor and ensure proper internal controls are in place.
• Ensure compliance of financial records and controls with corporate, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

• Diploma/Degree in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge in SAP preferred.
