The Company

Our client is a European MNC with over 100 years of history and has stable business growth for the past 20 years. They are establishing Singapore as the APAC regional headquarter, hence they are expanding the finance team to overlook the SEA region accounting framework. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant to take charge of financial reporting, statutory reporting, treasury and tax as well as support transformation projects for their growing business.

The Role

Reporting to Regional Finance Manager sitting in Singapore, you will take charge of financial reporting, statutory reporting, treasury, tax as well as internal control and compliance. You will be also acting a key finance advisor for accounting process improvement and regional financial reporting. Most excitingly, this role will be highly involved in system migration projects and driving digitalization process for the regional business to improve on work efficiency.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you must have

• Degree in Accounting. CPA or ACCA certification is an additional bonus.
• Min 5 years of working experiences (full sets or general ledger)
• Experience working with manufacturing/engineering/electronic industry is highly preferred.
• Candidates
• Additionally, you must demonstrate effective communication skills and leadership skills to liaise with international stakeholders.
• Experience in system migration/implementation will be an added advantage.
• Sytem knowledge of SAP is a strong bonus.
