Job Description
- Working days: 5 Days
- Working hours: Mon-Thur: 830am to 630pm or 9am to 7pm. Fri: 9am to 6pm.
- Location: Pandan Loop, Clementi
- Full set / Finance / Account / Autocount / SAP B1/ Accounting
- Financial / Analysis / Taxation / GST / Budgeting / Forecast
Requirements
- Min. 8 years working experience in accounts or finance role.
- Able to handle full sets of account
- Preferably with SAP B1 experience
- Preparation of full set of accounts using SAP B1, including bank reconciliation and hands-on closing of monthly and yearly accounts with supporting schedules.
- Preparation and analysis of accounts, costing & variance reports, budgets, forecast and cash management.
- Handle full spectrum of financial & management reporting process and finance team.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing accounts information.
- Assist in the Group's compliance with accounting, taxation and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare audit schedule, liaison with Auditors and review of financial operating procedure.
- Participate in the formulation and the implementation of accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
